I will be integrating herbal medicine and acupuncture into my practice by Spring 2023. COVID had a profound affect on my life; as I'm sure it did yours. The most significant factors in the immune system are our internal (DNA) and external environments. The most important or the two is external and its largest contributing factor is what we eat. With this in mind; I've decided to return to school and get a second Master of Science degree in Nutrition. I hope to begin the two year program before the end of 2023.
I synthesize the healing practices of massage and Asian medicine with modern bioscience to assist each client in achieving their health goals.
I am committed to providing each client with the knowledge and understanding needed to enact a plan for improving their health. You are the key ingredient-I ask that you come with an open mind and willingness to take an active role in your healing process. Together we can navigate the path to wellness!
I believe the small things matter. The products used will always contain clean ingredients. I operate from a place of respect and consideration for all beings. I believe that by being our best selves, we can help improve the quality of life of those around us.
My vision is to be an exemplary health care provider. I aim to foster healthy lifestyles for my clients and their families. I will create connections and build relationships based on mutual respect and trust that is beneficial to client, therapist and the community.
I practice yoga, love rowing, riding my bike, dance and enjoy spending time with family. These activities keep me connected and grounded.
